Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Alternatively, we can provide you with a voucher of the same amount to purchase something else on our shop.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer free in-store pickup or standard shipping anywhere in South Africa for R100.
Order Processing Time
We take great pride in processing and packing your order for safe shipping. We kindly ask for patience as we do our best to get your order to you in a timeous manner. Orders can take between 1-2 days to be processed and shipped.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We are currently unable to fulfill international orders and only ship locally.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
